Information you provide

The creator intake form requests your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, TikTok username and profile link, date applied, creator status, CFC membership status, last 30-day TikTok Shop GMV, LIVE participation, collaboration preferences, agreement confirmation, and digital signature. You may also provide information when emailing us.

How information is used

Information provided in applications and communications is used to review creator applications, communicate with you, discuss agency participation and potential collaborations, document agreements, and respond to requests. Agency participation may involve additional terms and disclosures provided separately.

Application hosting and technical information

The application is hosted by Jotform. It does not load on this website until you select “Load application here,” or you can open it directly on Jotform. Loading or visiting the form sends information to Jotform, including technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Form responses are processed through Jotform and made available to the agency. See Jotform's privacy policy and cookie policy.

The website hosting provider may process technical information to deliver and protect the site. The site uses Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google; see Google's privacy policy. This website does not include advertising pixels, an agency analytics tracker, or an agency mailing-list signup.

Disclosure and sharing

Information submitted through the form is processed by the services used to receive and manage the application, including Jotform. If your agency participation requires sharing information with a brand or platform, request the applicable details before agreeing to participate. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by law or to address fraud, security issues, or legal disputes.

TikTok account access

This website does not provide TikTok login, request TikTok permissions, receive TikTok authorization tokens, or automatically retrieve your account data. TikTok profile and performance details in the application are supplied by you. Any future account connection will require separate disclosures and authorization before it is enabled. This notice does not describe an operational TikTok-connected app.

Retention and your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing us. Include the email address used in your application and enough detail to locate your record. Do not send passwords or identity documents. We may ask for limited information to verify the request. Certain records may need to be retained for an ongoing relationship, agreement, legal obligation, or dispute. There is no fixed deletion deadline stated in this notice; contact us for the retention applicable to your record.

Cookies and third-party services

The site's own code does not set cookies or store information in your browser. The hosting service and third-party services, including Jotform once loaded, may use cookies or similar technology. You can control cookies through your browser and choose to leave the form unloaded. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Security

Do not submit account passwords, verification codes, financial account details, or government identification through the creator application. No online service can guarantee complete security. Report a suspected misuse of your information to our contact email. This notice makes no claims about unverified security certifications, encryption configurations, or completed app security reviews.

Children and international visitors

This website and application are intended for adults. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us to request review and deletion. Third-party providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence; consult their policies for details.
